New Senior Program Manager for Department of Defense Special Programs, Ret. LT
Colonel Sterling A. Powell joins the OTi Team with over twenty-six years of leadership
experience. Colonel Sterling's previous positions include; Liaison for National Guard
Bureau, Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO
STRI), Orlando, FL and Chief Information Officer/G6 Joint Training Manager Officer, Joint
Warrior Interoperability Demonstration staff Pentagon, Washington, DC.
His responsibilities include leading DoD related business opportunities capture and
program development. Sterling will focus on increasing the company's military and
Homeland Security programs related efforts with special emphasis on DoD training .
Recent Activities
Association of the United States Army (AUSA), Sunshine Chapter 231st Army Birthday
Ball in Orlnndo, FL. As a sponsor OTi Executives, Charles Daniels and Richard Reckling
enjoyed to opportunity to honor our warfighters. They also had a wonderful evening.
LandWarNet 2010 in Tampa FL was enjoyed by the OTi Team. This event attended
annually provide an opportunity to interact with warfighters and gain understanding of
their concerns and how technological solutions can help in their mission.
A Small Business Showcase on 03 August 2010 sponsored by the Naval Air Warfare
Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) and Army's Program Executive Office for
Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), in Orlando, FL. The event was
excellent and provide an opportunity for OTi to showcase its capabilities in Training,
Information Assurance and IT Service.
